About the Job:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects forward using agile methodologies. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will track progress, work with Engineering and Product counterparts to manage timelines proactively and ensure effective resolution of issues. In addition, you may serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating various agile ceremonies, acting as a servant leader, and creating reports to showcase team productivity.

- Motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and agile working environment.

- Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope management, deliverables, milestones, resource management, finance, and quality management, in an agile context.

- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure clear priorities, understanding, and dependencies before sprint planning.
- Appropriately engages all organizations to ensure effective adherence to completing PDLC governance.

- Collaborate with Product Management to help drive sprint planning sessions to set development teams up for success in meeting their commitments.
- Proactively remove impediments for project teams to ensure continuous workflow.
- Monitor and communicate project health, managing interdependencies, and defining critical milestones.
- Conduct retrospectives, drive continuous improvements, and share best practices within the organization.

Qualifications
Education:
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications
Experience:
Minimum
- Minimum 8 years of Agile, Scrum, project management, or related experience with a software development team that applied Scrum principles, practices, and theories.
- Proven track record of leading agile transformations by successfully coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications (preferred).
- 2 or more years of experience managing infrastructure and/or application development projects.

About the role: As our SEO Strategist, you will be a key player in the success of building out Disruptive Advertising’s SEO department. With a high degree of expertise and analytical savviness, you will perform website audits, and strategize & implement on-page, off-page, technical and content optimizations. As SEO Strategist, you will:

- Technical SEO (XML sitemap, robots.txt file, crawlability, index status, etc.)
- Off-page SEO (backlink profile health, earned links/outreach)
- Content (user sentiment, user experience/engagement, KW gap analysis, CRO)
- Identify KPIs to measure organic success with clients
- Utilize organic performance data to prioritize and implement SEO tactics in monthly/quarterly roadmaps
- Assist Account Managers with client communications around SEO knowledge and recommendations to develop and deliver a clear strategic vision to each client
- Fully develop, manage and grow SEO project plans and own overall strategic direction for your SEO clients
- Create monthly/quarterly reports that highlight organic performance, i.e., SEO wins and areas that still need improvement
- Perform day-to-day tasks such as competitor analyses, KW research, metadata creation, internal link implementation, backlink acquisition, etc.
- Stay abreast of industry trends (algorithm updates, SERP updates, beta tests, etc.) and how these trends impact client performance
What you need to be SEO Strategist:
- 3+ years managing and executing SEO projects for multiple clients within agency environments
- Experience managing a client book size of $30k or higher
- Experience working with and communicating with clients directly
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate complex SEO issues and tactics
- Thorough technical SEO knowledge
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and website structures
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
