  • You enjoy driving the full range of copywriting activities, from copyediting to campaign conception to channel distribution across emails, blogs, social media, the web, and more.

What you will own

  • Define, develop, and evolve Posit’s brand voice and messaging framework across all external and internal channels.
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion of Posit’s brand messaging, solidifying share of voice, brand recognition, and market trust.
  • Write and implement messaging concepts, brand tone of voice, and messaging framework guidelines for all creative projects.
  • Deliver consistently innovative and top-quality copy and content that tells an engaging and technically accurate story across various platforms (web, digital marketing campaigns, product collateral, sales enablement materials, events, video content).
  • Craft compelling narratives that increase reach, awareness, consideration, conversion, and long-term customer value.
  • Write and implement messaging concepts, brand tone of voice, and messaging framework guidelines for all creative projects, from campaign themes and social copy to web experiences and customer stories.

  • Provide clear direction and feedback to team members and project managers.
  • Instill a strong sense of ownership, agency, and autonomy within the team while maintaining trust and credibility with stakeholders.

A bit about you

  • 8+ years of copywriting experience with a proven track record of delivering tangible business results.
  • You have a great portfolio showcasing experience across high-level messaging, product value propositions, paid and organic media campaigns, printed collateral, email communications, and content marketing channels.
  • You have experience using project management tools (Jira, Wrike, Asana) and at least a broad understanding of agile methodologies
  • You are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with the ability to manage ambiguity, multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • You are humble and people-focused. You invest in strong relationships with your colleagues and can motivate your team even in the most complex situations.
  • You thrive on solving problems through clear storytelling and design, and enjoy the opportunity to shape the future of a company’s voice.
  • You are both pragmatic and data-driven. You are perfectly willing to revisit the drawing board if new data supports the need for a different approach.
  • You excel at collaborating iteratively. You are comfortable both ideating and executing, and you can move seamlessly between the two modes.
  • You model excellent communication and collaboration skills, and you can function effectively in a distributed team. You require minimal guidance because you take the initiative to spot—and do—what should be done.
  • You are internally driven by curiosity and continuous learning. You have proven that you can be entrusted with big decisions and strive to bring customer understanding and empathy to the entire team. You gracefully accept feedback and critiques and seek out any new information that will help prepare you for your next challenge.
