Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to deeply understand business objectives and translate them into precise technical requirements.
Work with the Digital Experience business analysts to ensure functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web development projects are comprehensively documented and all details are accounted for.
System Design & Documentation
Partner with developers to design robust technical solutions, including integrations with back-end systems, APIs, and third-party tools.
Develop and maintain detailed system architecture diagrams, data flowcharts, and technical documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Development Collaboration
Act as a primary point of contact between developers and stakeholders, providing clear and organized communication to resolve technical challenges and clarify requirements.
Monitor development progress to ensure adherence to requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with QA analysts and to create and execute thorough test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, paying close attention to edge cases and potential vulnerabilities.
Identify, document, and resolve issues with a focus on accuracy and long-term solutions.
Support & Maintenance
Continuously monitor website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring long-term scalability.
Provide technical support for post-launch updates and resolve issues methodically and efficiently.
Innovation & Best Practices
Stay current with the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
Recommend tools, technologies, and processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in the team’s work.
Qualifications:Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or similar role within a web development or marketing environment.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., Kentico, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with API integrations, database management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Knowledge of SEO principles, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA or similar project tracking tools, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Soft Skills

Your primary responsibility will be to support Architects and Building Owners using Revit. This includes things like providing remote support for projects and staff, setting up Revit templates, building Revit families, developing and implementing standards and best practices and of course training. You’ll be supported by our great team of BIM Managers and there will be lots of opportunities to further develop your skills.
For this position you’ll need to have a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience using Revit in a professional setting. Experience with teaching Revit and with other related tech such as BIM 360/ACC, Revit MEP, Dynamo, and laser scanning is a plus.
