Sales Knowledge
- Proven success in new business development: Demonstrated ability to open doors and close deals, specifically targeting very large, enterprise-level clients.

Client Relations Knowledge
- Existing enterprise relationships: A strong network of decision-makers at enterprise eCommerce companies (e.g., Abercrombie & Fitch, Nordstrom, etc)
- Executive-level communication: Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders effectively. Ability to provide extensive examples of these engagements/relationships during interview process

Drata is looking for a Demand Generation Manager – Paid Media to join the company. This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup.
We’re looking for someone who identifies as a ‘doer’ and is comfortable executing and helping Drata achieve its growth goals – from developing paid media campaigns, to editing ad and landing page copy, designing and implementing buyer experiences, and more. What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage paid and performance media campaigns across North America and priority international markets on digital channels including linkedin, twitter, facebook, paid search (Google/Bing), 6sense, YouTube, and more.
- Consistently drive pipeline and customer growth, quickly implementing best practices to identify and acquire new customers.
- Draft and edit copy for ads, social media, website, and landing pages that speaks to Drata’s core value propositions and align to key differentiators.
- Oversee the management and flawless execution of each external agency to achieve qualified pipeline, cost per opportunity, and efficiency goals; ensuring priorities are clear, data is validated, performance is tracked, and goals are achieved.
- Work hand-in-hand with key internal stakeholders, identify new channels and markets that present an opportunity for growth; formulate a plan for success and manage the implementation of the plan while constantly testing, measuring, and optimizing.
- Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting and pull analytics that reflect contribution to company goals, as well plans for improvements to achieve channel targets.
- Own testing and experimentation with various paid channels, audiences, messaging, content, and buyer journeys, and foster continuous learning.
- Develop and manage annual paid digital marketing budget across multiple paid channels and markets to ensure optimal performance and ROAS.
- Partner with internal teams to build account-based campaigns, utilizing targeted demos, case studies/use cases, display ads, and search ads that seamlessly work together to target the right personas in the right industries.
- Execute (and contribute to the building of) marketing strategies and plans.
- Work with sales, csg and other departments to develop assets and ensure quality lead delivery, follow-up and more.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to create and optimize email campaigns and landing pages for all stages of the funnel.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of demand generation, paid media, paid search experience, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company or agency, with experience directly driving paid media in global markets.
- Experience using google analytics, google adwords, linkedin campaign manager, 6sense, and other core platforms.
- Solid understanding of best practices to drive direct response through paid digital marketing with an understanding of specificities by both channel and market.
- Experience with CRM, databases & email automation tools, which may include HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense and more.

Synergy BIS is seeking dynamic, innovative, Graphics Specialist to directly support proposal efforts across the company. As a key member of the growth team, this person will work with the Synergy business development, capture, and proposal teams to translate critical concepts into impactful, compelling, and compliant images to support our continued growth efforts. Additional responsibilities include providing graphic support to technical articles and case study write ups for Synergy’s website. Essential Functions & Duties:
- Support graphic design projects through all phases of the opportunity capture and proposal development process.

About the Role
Join the Marketing and Communications team at NAF, a mission driven organization where we are working together to prepare the next generation of innovative leaders. The Manager, Creative, will manage all graphic design and video projects to expand NAF’s brand consistency efforts and, in turn, lead to a higher quality experience for current network members and increased opportunity for NAF to benefit more young people across the United States.
The core of this role will be visual and design work, including developing and managing co-branding policies, maintaining NAF’s style guide, developing marketing collateral and creating customizable branded templates for NAF staff and members of the network. The Manager, Creative will also educate staff and the NAF network on implementing the NAF brand and provide recommendations regarding strategic direction for brand implementation. Key responsibilities also include, collaborating with leaders at NAF to ensure alignment, managing our media library and producing short videos highlighting NAF partnerships and events. The Manager, Creative will also manage photoshoots and filming, including hiring and managing contractors and vendors.
This position will report to the AVP, Marketing & Communications. This is a fully remote role, with travel expected approximately 2-3 times per year.
Preferred Education/Training
Associate/Bachelor’s/Certification degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

3-6 years of experience in creative direction, graphic design, video production, communications, marketing or a similar field, with responsibility for managing projects and/or teams.

What You’ll Need
We are seeking engineers with at least 4 years of professional experience using Java, .NET, or other server side languages in production. You should be comfortable utilizing agile development and thoroughly testing your own code. Our codebase is large and complex, so we expect you to write clear, concise code and intuitive documentation to help other engineers understand your contributions. Experience developing features built for the cloud, as well as the ability to delve into the front end stack (Javascript, ReactJS) is a big plus!
- Deep understanding of databases, automated testing, Agile methodologies
- Proficiency building and managing RESTful APIs
- Strong DevOps experience and be able to manage a product in the Cloud
- Deep experience designing and building out infrastructure for complex cloud-based software applications, preferably hosted in AWS or Azure
