Our Graphic Designer will have the choice to work remote, hybrid, or in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand, embrace, interpret, and apply Wipfli brand across all creative applications and media
  • Demonstrate expertise in design principles including typography, composition, photography, hierarchy, iconography, imagery, UX/UI, movement, and color theory while adhering to the firm’s brand
  • Work from creative briefs as well as partner with strategy leads and cross-functional teams to develop pitch decks and visually appealing sales materials and communications tools
  • Create and conceptualize a variety of project deliverables across digital and print including but not limited to marketing collateral, website platforms, social media, PowerPoint presentations, aesthetic data visualizations, and video
  • Provide accurate estimates on work and manage time to deliver projects on time and up to specifications
  • Follow creative direction and ensure adherence to templates where necessary
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across the team on status of projects; address issues when they arise
  • Gain and maintain fluency with continual learning in applicable marketing technology, tools and trends; share learnings with the broader marketing team
  • Follow team processes for communication, tool usage, and file governance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years job-related experience; marketing agency experience a plus
  • Experience in UI layout in digital platforms (such as email and landing pages); strong understanding of UX/UI design and digital-first mentality
  • Comfortable using various digital communication tools (task management systems, cloud storage, chat, etc.) to collaborate with teams across offices
  • Expert ability to apply designs to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and documents
  • Expert at Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and familiarity of other Adobe suite of products
  • Preferred experience: UX/UI tools such as Figma, XD, or Ceros; tag-based digital asset management tools such as Aprimo; video storyboarding, concepting, or editing

What You’ll Do at Figma

  • Lead the execution, coordination, and risk management of Figma’s infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration with minimal performance impact.
  • Drive key infrastructure initiatives, including reliability, storage, distributed systems, and cloud-native performance improvements.
  • Partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Track program milestones and ensure seamless delivery across multiple infrastructure teams, including data, caching, observability, and security engineering.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership, external partners, and internal teams on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Develop and drive best practices in infrastructure program management, improving visibility into progress, risks, and technical dependencies.
  • Facilitate large-scale testing and rollout strategies for critical infrastructure changes to minimize downtime and ensure high system reliability.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as Infra TPM or related Engineering work, with a strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, or similar). 
  • Experience driving large-scale infrastructure initiatives (including encryption and external key management) or migrations of high availability business critical services.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish program management best practices in a fast-moving organization.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management, and the ability to translate technical challenges into executive-level updates.
  • Experience coordinating engineering teams, driving cross-functional programs, and tracking performance bottlenecks to optimize infrastructure SLAs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure components such as storage (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), caching (Redis), search (OpenSearch), and event-driven architectures (Kafka).

  • A track record of setting up and scaling TPM functions within an engineering organization.

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to come join our awesome team. In this role, you will ensure that data in our platform is validated, cleaned, and ready for any reporting and analytics work.  You’ll work closely with the analytics, clinical content, product, and engineering teams to understand the data needs, develop ETL data pipelines, validate ETL summary reports, monitor jobs, and troubleshoot issues.   • Quickly understand Cohere’s products, services and clinical programs and how Cohere’s x-functional collaboration and workflow support healthcare providers’ workflow and patients’ care journey
  • Build required ETL jobs for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies

Your background & requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, computer science, software engineering, economics, finance or public health related field
