What You’ll Do
- This position operates as the right-hand support for EVP Chief of Staff. It handles very critical, high-exposure and time sensitive information and has regular interface with the VP’s/SVP’s in the organization along with an EVP.
How You’ll Do It
- Presentation (Board, FRB, etc.) development and updates for various senior internal and external audiences. This position handles many financial updates to presentations which require interface with departments across the Card organization. This position also handles routing of legal review of decks and any necessary follow-ups prior to finalization (for external audiences).
- Primary owner of multiple department wide initiatives to improve employee and customer experience (examples: Supporting Operational Excellence needs across the business). Responsible for end-to-end program support, including planning, execution, and measurement of results.
- Leads the organization and execution of business meetings (examples include: Town Hall and leadership alignment sessions).
- Perform ad hoc strategy & analysis work that cannot be easily done or found, including research and compilation of results across the organization; Support the business goals across the organization by identifying, compiling, and reporting out on specific trends. (Example activities include: managing overall scorecard and Create Capacity measurement).

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Ecommerce Analytics to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Enterprise Analytics team is central to our data-forward strategy, driving insights into every aspect of our business, supporting stakeholders across the organization, and creating a legendary customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including expertise in data manipulation in Snowflake using SQL, data visualization tools, and comprehensive data analysis.
