What You’ll Do:

  • Write & Innovate: Create, test, and optimize compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and landing pages 
  • Experiment: Develop multiple copy variants to A/B test and find what truly resonates with our target audience 
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and growth teams to ensure every word aligns with Ergeon’s unique brand voice 
  • Analyze & Improve: Dive into performance metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) to continually refine and elevate our messaging 
  • Leverage Tools: Use creative tools—and yes, even AI as a brainstorming companion—to boost efficiency while keeping the final output authentically human 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year (ideally 2+ years) of experience in digital marketing copywriting with a solid portfolio of results-driven content 
  • Skill Set: Mastery in persuasive writing, A/B testing, and creating high-impact digital content 
  • Technical Know-How: Comfortable with SEO best practices, digital marketing metrics, and platforms like Google Suite 
  • Speed & Precision: Ability to work quickly, deliver multiple creative ideas, and iterate based on feedback 
  • Audience Insight: Experience writing for American audiences, especially for customer-facing marketing communications 🇺🇸

The Marketing Content Manager plays a foundational role in supporting the company’s content, product, and demand generation departments. The Marketing Content Manager specializes in writing for marketing communications and helps drive the company’s marketing strategy by working alongside functional leads to create compelling, high-quality content across all stages of the buyer’s journey. How you’ll add value:

  • Produce thought leadership content for SEO-optimized blogs, guides, short form email, advertising, videos, and media communications by collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute content strategies that advance business objectives. 
  • Partner cross functionally with R365 subject matter experts to produce thought leadership and product-focused webinar content, slide decks, and content to promote the webinar externally. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to source and produce high-impact customer and partner case studies that support sales initiatives. 
  • Handle one-off requests from different departments to help aid with employee engagement and recruitment campaigns. 
  • Partner with marketing operations, digital marketing, and product marketing to optimize content across both the digital and buyers’ journeys. 
  • Measure content KPIs with respect to month over month growth and high-level performance for leadership. 

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 4-6 years of content writing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. 
  • The ability to produce compelling content  at a high level across a variety of formats. 
  • Attention to detail while creating new content, interviewing subject matter experts and aligning content deadlines with existing marketing programs. 
  • Ability to work cross functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams 
  • Experience using data to analyze content consumption patterns and adjust content strategy accordingly. 
  • Experience using WordPress, Marketo, SEO Optimization Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce. 
  • Experience with video production software a plus.  
  • Expert understanding of how to craft and evolve B2B and SaaS narratives.

What You Have

  • Comfortable exploring concepts, tweaking flows, or refining designs that represent big-picture work.
  • Comfortable translating and implementing findings from research and testing.
