About the Role
As a Training Content Creator on the Enablement team at Rula, you will create effective, engaging learning resources that empower frontline teams, such as customer support, to excel and adapt to ongoing challenges. This dynamic role combines creating impactful training materials with acting as a critical operational partner during product development and the delivery of new services.
In this role, you will leverage learning and media technologies to create engaging resources, including self-paced online courses, instructional videos, and other training tools. You’ll distill complex product updates into clear, actionable materials for internal and external audiences while managing projects proactively and tracking their effectiveness over time. Your strong communication and time management skills will enable you to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work at scale—all with a solutions-focused, team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing training resources for customer-facing frontline teams using instructional design best practices
- 2+ years of expertise working within or supporting a high-volume customer support center
- Proficiency in utilizing instructional design and video editing tools, such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
- Proven project management skills with experience planning and coordinating the end-to-end creation of training content
- Experience supporting product launches, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic environment, with a genuine dedication to detailed documentation

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Part-Time Instructor, you’ll scale your impact as a web development/software engineering professional by training the next generation of web developers. You’ll create engaging and dynamic learning experiences through deployment of instructional best practices that are student-centered and designed to meet the needs of adult learners. You’ll facilitate lessons from the curriculum serving as a subject matter expert to students relating course concepts to the profession and real world. You will support students through exercises designed to build knowledge and skills and promote grit, problem-solving and a collaborative learning community. Ultimately, you will prepare students for the next chapter in their lives as they seek employment in the web development field.
This role reports to a Learner Experience Manager and is supported by a collaborative instructional team and dedicated support staff to ensure an exceptional experience for each student in the cohort.
Classes are delivered synchronously and are 100% online.

What we are looking for:
Amsive is currently looking for a Email Production Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to join our Email Services team. The position is full-time remote.This position will be actively involved in email development, data list management, and provide internal and external customer support of the email service providers used. The Email Production Specialist will design and develop HTML emails daily, manage and load lists into SFMC, maintain subscriber attributes, and schedule emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The position will support existing and new email campaigns and automated programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, strategic thinking, organizational, and teamwork skills.
What you will be doing:
- Set up, configure, test, and manage marketing automation campaigns and campaigns workflows
- Maintain subscriber/purchaser data, imports, and segmentation using a combination of tools and databases.
- Utilize SFMC and external email service provider applications to build, schedule and launch daily campaigns.
- Collaborate with the rest of the email marketing team to meet client goals and expectations.
- Analyze and report on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities to improve.
- Work with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate team members.
- Create and update product documentation.
Who you are:
- 2-3+ years of experience with email development/design strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding, development, and troubleshooting skills for table-based HTML email, comfortable working directly in code (HTML, Inline CSS, etc.) is required.
- Experience in other platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Send Grid, Braze, Hubspot, or similar.
- Photoshop skills and knowledge required (promo, banner, image creation and enhancements). Experience with tools like the Adobe Cloud Suite & Figma preferred.
- Email automation experience and knowledge of email best practices strongly preferred.
- Mobile and email design experience required, with responsive & dark-mode HTML design & experience required.
- List management (list segmentation, suppression lists, etc.) and basic data management experience (pulling data, cross referencing, importing, and maintaining subscriber attributes) preferred.
