The Client Support Representative will provide support for all InnQuestproducts, facilitating case management and solutions. This position is crucial to high customer satisfaction among InnQuestclients. A successful candidate must be able to assess and diagnose client issues, as well as effectively articulate solutions to clients via telephone, e-mail, and chat. Hotel Management experience is preferred for this position.

What your day will look like:

  • Front-line Technical Support
  • Answer inbound calls to support department
  • Respond to incoming e-mails and chats
  • Identifying issues defined by clients
  • Identifying, researching, diagnosing, and resolving client issues, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
  • Logging client issues and following up on unresolved issues
  • Monitor and respond to user-reported issues as well as infrastructure alerts or failures promptly and professionally; ensure issues are tracked through to resolution
  • Ensure efficient incident management, ensuring accurate communication to impacted groups and timely resolution
  • Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures
  • Liaise with external technology vendors to coordinate changes and resolve issues
  • Review, execute, and verify production changes in strict accordance with procedures defined in change documents
  • Take an active role in planned technology events, i.e. business continuity tests, ensuring recovery procedures are accurate and complete
  • Leverage tools and resources available within the company to simplify, automate, or eliminate inefficiencies
  • Participate in shift rotation

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Front Desk Operations or Hotel and Front Office Management is essential
  • roomMaster hospitality management software product experience would be highly advantageous
  • Experience in technical support and/or strong troubleshooting skills
  • High level of knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
  • Technical certificationis a plus
  • Understanding of hotel front desk and back-office operations
  • Team player

Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Organizational Change, the Sr. Organizational Change Consultant will play a critical role in driving and managing the execution of organizational change plans and initiatives across a portfolio of complex, high-impact, interconnected projects. This role is focused on building, executing and measuring customized change plans and strategies through partnership with executive leadership, people leaders and employees from both our Senior Care and Acute & Payer Business Units, and across multiple cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Office of the CIO, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Professional Services, Customer Support & Operations, Product & Engineering Operations, Marketing, Sales & Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner closely with other change management team members to define and establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure change management plan progress. Regularly report on change adoption metrics, and look for ways to continuously measure, evaluate and improve the change management process.
    • Play an active role in team meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing, discussion of current challenges and potential roadblocks, and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in change management, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.

Required Experience and Skills:

    • Post-secondary education in Organizational Development, Strategic Change Management or a related field and/or proven experience formally leading organizational change through periods of rapid company growth, preferably within the technology industry. Change Management (CCMP, ADKAR etc) or Design thinking certification preferred but not required.
    • Experience applying change management tools and methodologies, in addition to project portfolio and project management tools. High proficiency applying and helping others leverage change management methodologies and tools to successfully drive adoption and other organizational outcomes through complex changes. Practical hands-on experience mentoring and guiding leaders through the change management process, fostering and supporting a collaborative and people-oriented approach to change.
    • Experience leveraging a solid understanding of how and why SaaS organizations operate and organize for success, to enable accelerated risk identification and assessment, identification and evaluation of opportunities for improvement, and rapid development of credibility with key business and technical stakeholders.
