As a Software Engineer on the Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Fullstory customers by delivering valuable insights into their users’ digital interactions. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the business success and customer satisfaction associated with our flagship product.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Collaborate with teammates to craft the strategy and execution for scaling Fullstory’s flagship application.
  • Ideate with our core team on how to best leverage AI capabilities to further customer delight.
  • Engineer systems that operate at hundreds of thousands of requests per second.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot parts of Fullstory’s production environment.
  • Work closely with design and product counterparts to propose new solutions for customer pain points.
  • Work closely with customers through our co-creation process, collaborating to craft purpose-built solutions that meet their unique needs and drive exceptional value.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of data structures and API design to enable functionality across services.
  • Experience collaborating with others to reach technical decisions through clear communication and documentation.
  • Proficiency in writing production code in one or more languages such as Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript — with a willingness to learn new languages.
  • Experience building web applications using React, TypeScript, or similar front end technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-based services and an eagerness to learn technologies like Kubernetes, gRPC, document search databases, or distributed data storage systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Overview

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be working in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will be the conduit between Business and Technology at CareCentrix, and responsible for leading new go-to-market products, core system enhancements, client implementations, and strategic product development.  You will partner with other product managers/owners, vendors, business subject-matter experts, and leadership to execute a strategic vision for your product. About the Role 

The Athletic is looking for a video producer/editor to join our growing video team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for one of the fastest-growing brands in sports, an innate love of storytelling, and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish. 

This role will be narrowly focused on The Athletic’s basketball coverage, with a day-to-day purview based on working with game highlights. Producers in this role will develop and create original video in conjunction with The Athletic’s newsroom with a prime directive of making basketball fans smarter. X’s and O’s breakdowns, series previews and recaps, and video essays will all be part of the expected output for this position. The ideal candidate will be particularly well-versed in social video. You should know what works on different platforms, who is doing well in the space, and come to work armed with creative ideas. This role will require regular video editing, and candidates must have strong skills editing in Adobe Premiere and familiarity with Adobe After Effects. 

This is a fixed-term contract position, with a set end date of February 15, 2026. 

Responsibilities

    • Contribute to new content ideation/creation. 
    • Produce and edit weekly game highlights video content. 
    • Ability to implement pre-built graphics packages.
    • Ability to build basic graphics is a major plus.
    • Coordinate content and promotion planning with Athletic staffers across audio, video, editorial, social and programming teams. 

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in video production, preferably in sports. 
    • Must have experience editing in Adobe Premiere. 
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects preferred. 
    • Basic proficiency in color correction, audio mixing preferred.
