Director, Web Strategy, Platform & Content
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director, Web Strategy, Platform and Content Lead to take end-to-end ownership of GeneDx.com and other company web presence. This role will be responsible for establishing and executing overall web channel strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web content and platform management, digital strategy, and SEO, with a proven ability to translate business goals into effective and engaging web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Web Channel Ownership & Strategy
- Own the company website as a strategic channel, ensuring it supports business goals, delivers value to users, and reflects the brand effectively.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to enhance the user experience and performance of the website.
- Support the strategy and development of microsites or additional web presences as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the web function, coordinating across Marketing, Design, Development, Product, and other internal teams.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and tool providers to ensure project execution and operational efficiency.
Content Strategy & Management
- Define and maintain the content strategy for the website, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for website content, supporting internal teams with content creation, updates, and publishing using established best practices.
- Use content management systems (CMS) to manage and publish content accurately and efficiently.
Web Platform Management & Optimization
- Serve as the platform owner for the web tech stack (i.e. CMS, web apps, personalization tech, data tech, etc), ensuring it meets the needs of marketers, content creators, and developers.
- Partner with IT, Product, and Compliance teams or external partners when needed to drive platform enhancements to support scalability, governance, and content reuse, ensuring website meets security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evolve workflows, permissions, and taxonomy structures to optimize publishing efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, plugins, or upgrades in partnership with IT, Product and external vendors.
- Lead discovery and planning for any future platform improvements, integrations, or CMS enhancements.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, governance models, and performance metrics to support scalable web operations.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Optimize all website content for search engines to drive visibility, discoverability, and organic traffic growth.
- Conduct keyword research and content audits to identify opportunities for improvement and increased engagement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and implement robust processes for campaign tagging and web analytics to ensure data integrity and support performance measurement.
- Provide regular operational reporting on web performance, user engagement, and content effectiveness to marketing and leadership stakeholders
- Use data insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the website’s impact on business objectives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in web content strategy, digital marketing, or website management roles.

About the role:
The Privacy Engineer will act as a subject matter expert in support of the Privacy Office. The person in this role will support the Privacy Office’s function of maintaining and maturing the organization’s privacy program to include the support of program framework, and policies and standards, with a focus on ad tech. This role is technical and requires managing multiple, concurrent project and task assignments, placing proper priorities on tasks and attention to detail to follow through all assignments to completion. This role reports to the Lead Privacy Engineer.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing, legal, cybersecurity, data governance and privacy teams to implement privacy best practices in projects and decisions, and ensure solutions include necessary privacy components
- Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy engineering and communicate privacy solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop privacy controls and features, including policies and standard, as required by privacy laws and regulations
- Influence overall strategy related to marketing and ad tech solutions, including use of privacy-enhancing technologies, and cookie management and compliance
- Manage multiple privacy projects simultaneously with urgency
- Conduct operational deep dives on privacy-related processes and systems autonomously and engineer scalable solutions
Qualifications

The Veteran Affairs Transition Assistance Program (VA TAP) supports Service members and Veterans as they transition from military to civilian life. Through a structured curriculum and personalized support, VA TAP delivers education and career guidance, benefits briefings, and resources to promote post-service success.
The Project Manager – TAP Operations Lead oversees the implementation and daily operations of TAP briefings and services across all delivery sites. This role manages the staffing plan, service delivery schedules, and performance tracking for TAP delivery. The Operations Lead ensures consistent execution of VA curriculum, manages a geographically dispersed workforce, and leads operational coordination with internal staff, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead nationwide TAP operations, including delivery planning, staffing, scheduling, and risk mitigation
- Supervise Regional Managers and Site Leads to ensure consistent service execution across 300+ delivery locations
- Maintain the VA-approved Staffing Plan and coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing
- Monitor staff availability, training status, and credential compliance across all regions
- Oversee real-time resolution of staffing gaps, delivery issues, and onsite escalations
- Support the Project Manager in implementing the Project Management Plan and Quality Control Plan
- Coordinate with curriculum and training leads to ensure operational alignment with content and delivery standards
- Generate internal performance summaries and escalate issues that impact compliance or quality
- Ensure facilitators adhere to VA policies, presentation protocols, and delivery timetables
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Program Manager and Deputy PM
Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
