This role will own eCommerce strategy and tradeshow execution (no travel required) and will play a critical role in ensuring Lumivero’s marketing efforts effectively engage individuals, teams, and students seeking software solutions for research and decision-making data analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrateexpertise in eCommerce for SaaS, a proven ability to build and execute high-performing campaigns, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
This position requires proven expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives, across digital and traditional channels to promote our programs globally. The role is ideal for a confident and proactive self-starter who already has some significant all-around marketing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C demand generation strategy, with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing, paid media, and eCommerce optimization for SaaS products.
- Build and optimize customer journeys and lifecycles to ensure seamless transitions between stages of the funnel, with specific attention to activation, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with the content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Drive demand via developing and managing multi-channel campaign strategies for our SaaS products in global regions, including but not limited to the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
- Lead eCommerce initiatives for SaaS products, focusing on improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align messaging, pricing, and promotion strategies with customer expectations and market trends.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to execute campaigns and analyze performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, CLV, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Identify product mix and cross-/up-sell opportunities across channels to deliver against growth initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Orchestrate with internal team members to optimize performance across channels.
- Partner with all Lumivero Marketing Channels including community for product branding, experience, and strategy.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2C demand generation, with a strong focus on eCommerce for SaaS or digital products.
- 5+ years of general marketing experience with focus in event strategy and management.
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycles for SaaS products, with a track record of driving conversion rate improvements.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce, Magento, Stripe, etc), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, including CAC, CLV, cart abandonment rates, and conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
