The Recruiter will develop search requirements and heavily work on active and passive sourcing. 

Perform full life cycle recruiting including, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidate

  • Develop prescreening questions, source candidates and qualify candidates/phone screen well for the requirements.
  • Determine recruiting strategy to build a pipeline and sources for challenging positions.
  • Manage client and candidate’s relations and bring a pool of network of candidates who has experience with semiconductor companies.
  • Review and screen resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position and search requirements (phone screen as applicable).
  • Prepare candidates for interviews – client culture, job description, competencies and expectations. Act as a liaison by providing ongoing information to the candidate and manage the candidate relationship through the complete recruiting life-cycle.
  • Maintain follow ups, track pipelines and update database and candidates record in the hiring tools.
  •  Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice and ATS.
  • Also participate on special projects and process improvement initiatives as required

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter preferably recruited for positions such as, hardware Engineer, FPGA, ASIC Designer or Verification jobs or previously worked on hiring for semiconductor or chip related projects/companies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

In this role, you will oversee the management and execution of various web projects across multiple websites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in website content management and optimization strategies and experience working with websites in multiple languages. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our digital properties align with business goals, are optimized for user experience and conversion, and are consistently maintained and updated.

  • Website Project Management: Manage and align the end-to-end lifecycle of website projects, (content updates, new page creation, decommissioning pages, etc.), ensuring they meet business goals and timelines.
  • Content Posting & Updates: Regularly post and update content on multiple websites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and SEO best practices across all web pages.
  • Optimization: Work with the CRO and SEO teams to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, constantly analyzing and implementing improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, product, design, development, and other teams to ensure a seamless website experience across all touchpoints.
  • Web Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track performance, generate reports, and analyze data for insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with web developers to report and troubleshoot basic website issues and escalate as necessary, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of web production experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and HubSpot for content management and site updates.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other SEO and CRO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMRush, VWO, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working in a B2B technology company or similar fast-paced, technical industry.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Proven ability to manage and align multiple websites simultaneously, including sites in multiple languages.
  • A basic understanding of SEO strategies and conversion rate optimization, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve web performance as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

The successful Vulnerability Engineer at Solventum make an impact by:

  • Joining a team of cybersecurity professionals motivated to secure Solventum’s healthcare information systems and the personal health information of our clients and their patients.
  • Operating and enhancing an existing Qualys vulnerability management environment.
  • Collaborating with cybersecurity team members on dynamic application security testing (DAST) and policy compliance (PC) testing. 
  • Working with application teams to validate that production applications meet security guidelines and compliance standards such as HIPPA, SOC II, GDPR, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, etc.
  • Building solutions that collect and present vulnerability and compliance data to Solventum’s leadership.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) years combined experience of vulnerability management and software development AND basic familiarity with a vulnerability management platform (Qualys, Tenable or similar)

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (9) years of combined experience of vulnerability management and software development AND basic familiarity with a vulnerability management platform (Qualys, Tenable or similar)

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills are also desired:

  • 2+ years experience with Qualys or Tenable
  • Knowledgeable with AWS or Azure cloud environments
  • Familiarity with best practice software security requirements in industry standard compliance programs (NIST, HITRUST, FedRAMP, etc.)
  • Comfortable working across teams and disciplines
  • Ability to author automation scripts for reoccurring tasks (Python preferred)
  • Experience developing or testing RESTful APIs with an understanding of Postman and/or Swagger files

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and growth experiments that enhance onboarding, adoption, and user engagement.

  • Develop and maintain our self-serve user experience, working on our dashboard, onboarding flows, pricing pages, and checkout systems.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development.

  • Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, feature flags, user cohorts) using Amplitude, PostHog, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Stripe or other payment platforms for checkout and billing improvements.
