The Role
ZenBusiness is seeking a Director, Brand Creative who can establish and build the creative function within our Brand Management team using a blend of creative thinking, strategic vision, and hands-on execution.
This role will report to the CMO and be responsible for establishing a consistent and emotionally resonant creative strategy. The role will execute and deliver compelling, high-impact creative that connects our story to the market, our customers, our partners, and employees in meaningful ways. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities
- Establish the Brand Creative function by building and mentoring internal and external teams in a positive culture that consistently produces inspired, brand-embodying creative that is uniquely ZenBusiness.
- Help evolve the brand by setting our creative direction and championing the value of creative design across the company.
- Develop compelling, on-brand creative across internal and external communications and marketing channels that build our brand and drive awareness.
- Act as brand arbiter and guardian ensuring consistency across all projects and platforms, following brand guidelines and creating a cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
- Set clear design goals and deliverables, provide direct feedback to keep projects moving and meet deliverables in support of the company’s overarching goals.
- Direct creative efforts across pre-production, on-set shoots, and post-production while ensuring shoots stay on track and on budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping creative files organized and accessible to the wider team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of brand and design industry experience, with at least 3 years managing others.
- Fluent in and keeps a pulse on design trends as well as visual history and classic references—with an ability to pull from that knowledge to ideate, cite visual references, and create beautiful mock-ups.
- Proficient across digital, print, and video production tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud updates, emerging digital marketing platforms).
- Expertise in web and mobile technologies, with a conceptual understanding of programming languages, web design, and agile methodology.
- A team player/coach who can motivate, mentor, and collaborate with others
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholder communications and executing through internal and external teams for graphic design and copywriting.
- Strong presentation skills with a presence and ability to articulate the creative vision, build alignment with internal and external stakeholders, and gain support from senior leaders.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management tools like Jira.
- Command and proficiency in web and design programs, like Figma.

As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will:
- Lead ambitious, strategic design initiatives focused on user activation, expansion, and monetization across Webflow’s WXP platform, leveraging deep user empathy and market insights, AI developments, and thoughtful experimentation.
