The Multi-Media Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s digital and print assets, social media platforms, and organizational brand and production standards. Responsibilities 

  • Design and maintain a wide range of digital content, including graphics, briefings, newsletters, flyers, posters, fact sheets, websites, social media, news and announcements, trifolds, branding materials, web pages, and other online media to support the client communication strategy, ensuring published content is optimized for user experience  
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and design for effective medium of digital assets and assist with development of digital assets optimized for web consumption across platforms (e.g., social media channels, intranet, public website, etc.) 
  • Lead ideation and iterative design sessions, applying best practices and strategic analysis, including color, typography, and imagery 
  • Design, update, and manage content on the client internal website, ensuring it reflects current program developments and is aligned with branding

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in web design, graphic design, digital media, or related fields
• Strong understanding of web and graphic design principles including color theory, composition, typography, and digital design, user experience (UX)
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
• Proficiency in web design tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
