Lume is a 5-year-old fast growing ecommerce deodorant and personal care brand that’s transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harry’s, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.

The Role:

This is a detail-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative role that requires a high level of initiative, accuracy, and productivity. You will work behind the scenes in close collaboration with the Web, Creative, and Marketing teams to manage product catalogs and website operations to ensure products are displayed accurately and in an appealing way to our customers. In this role, you will have a lot of freedom and creativity to brainstorm and experiment new ideas with the goal of improving site conversion, AOV, and LTV.

Your Day to Day:

  • Manage product catalogs and marketplaces for Lume and other brands of Lume
  • Brief in needs to the Creative Team for imagery, content, and promotional assets
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and promotional pricing is coordinated with internal teams for new bundles, sitewide promos, etc.
  • Own all content refreshes on-site for homepage, collections, PDPs, blog, etc.
  • Support the planning, documenting, and working cross-functionally for projects like sunsetting products, launching new products, and executing on-site campaigns
  • Support in ticket creation for the development team as it relates to site update needs (ex. image updates, copy updates, launch or sunset support)
  • Perform regular site audits for content accuracy and consistency
  • Proactively look for ways to improve conversion, sell-thru, cross-sell, up-sell, etc.
  • Leverage site metrics and industry trends to identify product enhancements and opportunities

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience with Shopify Plus
  • You are a generalist that likes to step up when there’s an opportunity for you to learn or lend your knowledge
  • You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with varying deadlines
  • You are flexible, adaptive and have the proven ability to creatively problem solve when projects don’t go according to plan
  • You are analytical and curious, as well as excited to brainstorm and execute new ideas onsite that aim to move the needle on revenue, retention, or AOV
  • You are a collaborative and resourceful executor who can independently plan work from start to finish whether it is your own workstream or in collaboration with other teams
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator who documents and organizes to ensure teams work together effectively
  • You are a fast learner and never afraid to speak up when you have ideas or questions
  • Nice to have: experience in SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics)

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000-$95,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.

This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry’s is registered and able to employ individuals.
