Associate Manager, Paid Social

Acronym is looking for a dedicatedAssociate Manager, Paid Socialwho is motivated to develop their skills in the social media space. This individual will help manage the agencys Paid Social Media campaigns across multiple verticals. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the relevant social media partners and Acronym Clients.
This is the Job:
- Executing, managing, and optimizing media campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat
- Creating internal and external weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development
- Partnering with internal teams to identify, track and develop strategies and tactics to continuously improve KPIs
- Facilitating the development of documentation and standard methodologies for improving operational efficiencies within the team and group
- Being the go-to person for questions regarding the status of client campaigns, for both internal and external stakeholder
This is you:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree
- Proficiency in Excel and competency in PowerPoint and Word
- 1+ years of execution experience on Meta
- Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn and/or Twitter Ads
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with Ecommerce and/or hospitality brands, additional platforms like Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn encouraged
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills with an ability to manage data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and consistently meet deadlines
