Associate Manager, Digital Content and Strategy

Spotify Advertising is looking for a skilled content strategist to join the growing content marketing practice as an Associate Manager, Digital Content and Strategy. This role will be part of the wider Advertising Business Marketing team, helping bring awareness of our innovative ad solutions to businesses around the world. In this role you will help advise and implement Spotify Advertising’s content strategy across our owned digital platforms and products including the Spotify Advertising website.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self starter with experience driving content strategy for a product marketing site to grow site traffic, engagement, and conversions. Balancing business goals and user needs to build compelling digital experiences is essential—as is a collaborative and creative demeanor.

What You’ll Do

  • Write, edit and optimize web content across product pages, landing pages, campaigns, triggered messaging, taking a test and learn approach to content and UX optimizations
  • Experience in leveraging A/B testing, SEO, and other analytics reports to identify top of funnel solutions that optimize and increase adoption of the user-facing ad-platform. This includes suggesting updates to the information architecture, user flows, and landing page wireframes
  • Provides design support on new concept creation and direction, which takes into account overarching best practices and competitive landscape research
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product and sales to ensure the website is accurate and meets our customer’s needs
  • Responsible for a continuous improvement process to ensure that insights are incorporated into the different product backlogs on a regular basis.
  • Lead projects using Asana to ensure timely delivery and launch of content
  • Monitor and report on performance of digital content initiatives and campaigns
  • Understand the competitive landscape and the latest digital and web trends, constantly auditing our site to ensure we’re delivering the best experience to our customers

Who You Are

  • Have 7+ years of experience crafting web content and user experiences for high-growth brands, ideally B2B
  • Strong digital marketing skill and experience. This position needs to understand how to use digital experiences to drive desired results.
  • Experience growing site traffic through technical, content and site structure improvements
  • Proven experience in content reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Pendo to name a few) and working in a CMS
  • Have experience collaborating across teams like product, engineering, design, and the wider marketing organization
  • Be receptive to feedback from partners at every level
  • And last but not least—have a proactive and positive demeanor
