What you will do in an Associate Implementation Manager role at Kyruus:
- Help make sure all team members and departments have what is needed to meet the deadlines and milestones set by the project (implementation) manager.
- Regularly maintaining and electronically filing documents, including following any auditing and accounting guidelines.
- You’ll prepare status and other reports, presenting information to leadership within the organization, departmental teams, and client groups.
- Communicate between the client and various teams internally, setting times and dates for meetings to keep on schedule, and relaying any issues with timelines to the client.
- Must be familiar with every aspect of the project, including all short and long-term goals, and the entire project calendar.
- Utilization of multiple software programs including but not limited to: Athena EHR, GuideCX for project management, Salesforce for project tracking, and our homegrown administration system to build and configure client projects.
- You’ll report to the Senior Director, Client Services- Medical Groups in the Delivery Department within the Delivery & Operations Division.

What you will bring:
- 2+ years of medical experience in a practice setting, such as practice manager, registration specialist, patient care coordinator, medical assistant, or nurse.
- Clear understanding of practice workflows.
- Project Management experience
- Success in implementation/training of new programs.
- Experience working with Google Docs, or similar such as Sharepoint.
- Must be comfortable providing guidance and making suggestions based on evidence based practices for provider specialties such as MIPS Measures, USPSTF guidelines as well as AMA, CMS, and IHI recommendations.
- Demonstrated success working with customers and vendors.
- Willingness to respond to a customer driven schedule.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and cross train as needed.
- Experienced with working and communicating with a matrixed team.
