We’re looking for an Associate Growth Marketing Manager to increase new customer growth by hands-on scaling up our current channels, working with our internal teams to improve KPIs, and identify tests to unlock growth within our goals. We’re looking for data-driven problem solvers with a growth mindset, willing to stretch their comfort levels, evolve best practices within growth marketing, and move quickly with attention to detail to do big things.

About the Job

  • Grow the number of users who join our program within channel goals
  • Own campaigns hand-on-keyboard across two or more online channels, hypothesize and prioritize tests in channel roadmaps and drive channel directions to meet growth goals
  • Define, drive and measure KPIs for all tests and initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life: working with senior growth team members, product team, data analysts, and more

Experience Needed

  • 1-2 years of a proven track record of driving towards growth goals under set CAC/ROAS or volume targets, timelines and budgets or a strong track record in an analytical academic discipline or structured and data-driven job
  • Hands-on keys experience running digital paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Paid Search, PLA, Affiliate or others. SEO is a plus
  • Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance
  • Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward
  • Understanding of hypothesis driven A/B, multivariate and incrementality testing with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights to inform future testing
  • Experience using Looker or similar analytics platforms to compile a data driven performance story
