About this role
This role will play a critical role in ensuring that our provider network is able to meet the needs of our customers by building and improving our system of licensing, credentialing, cross licensing, and matching our providers to customers with that information. You will own and manage the systems that track provider licenses, design our cross-licensing processes, ensure compliance in the state and districts we work in, and help build a system cross functionally that allows our internal teams to match the right providers to the right customers quickly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:
- Own the systems that track provider licenses – work with internal product and engineering as well as outsourced vendors to build a holistic system that works for Parallel’s needs
- Ensure compliance with state and district specific requirements in partnership with customer success team and legal counsel
- Design, implement and improve processes to prevent, detect and respond to compliance issues and concerns related to all federal and state regulatory requirements and contract requirements
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows to quickly and efficiently cross license our providers in different states
- Manage provider communications and provider support related to compliance and cross licensing processes
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders (clinical, sales, customer success, strategic operations, data) to develop a staffing system to allow for easier match of providers to customers given their credentials and licensing
What you need:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar fields – compliance operations, clinical operations, and/or process development and management
- Familiarity with operational processes to be able to meet regulatory requirements, ensure compliance and reduce risk
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for speech and language pathologists and school psychologists a plus but not required
- Prior experience building systems and and processes from 0 to 1
- Prior experience managing a team towards measurable outcomes
