Associate Applications Manager

Under the direction of the Applications Manager, the Associate Applications Manager provides support of both custom and 3rd party applications and services which enable Academic Partnerships mission, including but not limited to reporting and querying of data systems. Assists in functional tasks supporting cloud adoption efforts for Academic Partnerships application, data, and services.
Main Responsibilities
- Consistently employs accepted standards and best practices of technology project management to successfully deliver all projects/work in your area
- Co-leads training for all teams on PDM (application systems)
- Works closely with Applications Manager to ensure various databases are in sync
- Supports in updating key points of information provided by finance department, with the direction from the Applications Manager
- Assists in university program code creation activities and partner activation and separation processes and deliverables
- Executes against defined department audit processes for partner data
- Conducts independent audits of issue tracking systems
- Enters and updates partner and program information in the Partner Data Management and CRM databases
- Quality checks all database updates to ensure zero defects exist in database and/or on partner websites
- Additional data management duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must have 1+ years in administration of application systems
- 2+ year experience in data systems
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Associates degree required; bachelors degree in IT related field preferred
- Able to multi-task and manage evolving priorities
- Excellent written/oral communication and time management skills
- SQL skills a plus
