Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive evolution of UHC Conversational Experience leveraging AI/NLP technologies
- Develop Semantic Search architecture in support of B360 Benefit Search aligned with UHG Global Search initiative
- Work on PoC and prototype implementations for Conversational AI and Semantic Search
- Perform Data Analysis, train and maintain AI/NLP models supporting UHC Conversational AI and Semantic Search

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of conversational AI, AI/ML, NLP
- 5+ years of experience with Data Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Public Cloud
Preferred Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
