Essential Functions:
- Lead the development of visual concepts and executions from ideation through delivery, partnering closely with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Strategists, and Motion Designers.
- Create standout design across digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon, and OTT, balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven creative.
- Own the creative vision across projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Present creative ideas and finished work to clients with confidence, articulating how visual choices connect to objectives and KPIs.
- Provide thoughtful direction to designers and collaborators, elevating the work while mentoring junior talent and nurturing creative growth.
- Participate in and lead brainstorms, driving concept development across social, digital, and video-first campaigns.
- Stay ahead of visual and cultural trends to inform and evolve the creative approach across clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including media, strategy, and account, to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail under pressure.
- Champion creative quality and innovation at every stage, from pitch to production.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of design experience with a portfolio that highlights your conceptual thinking, art direction, and execution across digital and social platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Expertise in designing for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and OTT.
- Strong knowledge of channel-specific best practices (e.g., ad unit specs, creative requirements, and limitations).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote work environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus Experience:
- Experience in A+ content design, 3D Animation, brand store design, or Amazon creative execution is a plus.
