Art Director

Job Description
Our client, an ad agency in Florida is on the lookout for a dynamic and executional  Art Director to enhance their creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in design and production, demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and execute a wide range of visual assets across multiple platforms. While experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising
  • Billboards
  • Web banners
  • Social media content
  • Custom bus wraps
  • Large format graphics
  • Populate decks with necessary art direction elements and contribute to brainstorming sessions from the ground up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all outputs
  • Assist in the design and production of diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising agency, brand, or in-house creative setting
  • Strong expertise in both digital and print design and production
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not essential
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and the ability to craft compelling visual narratives
