  • Work closely with the Product Owner to understand the vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define product features and functionality.
  • Document, manage, and support the prioritization of business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Software Developers and QAs to ensure a shared understanding of user stories.
  • Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the product development backlog.
  • Participate in Agile meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, dependencies, and issues that may affect product delivery and quality
  • Support testing and evaluation activities to validate the functionality and quality of the product.
  • Collect feedback from customers on product performance, usability, and satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for product improvement, enhancement, and innovation.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, sharing knowledge and clarifying doubts.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in Business Analysis and Product Development.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Complete Higher Education in Computer Science, IT;
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Agile methodology (Scrum);
  • Experience with requirements management and agile project management tools;
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles;
  • Advanced Office suite;
  • Knowledge with JQuery and MySQL;
  • Advanced/fluent English – you will have direct contact with native speakers and global staff.
