Job Summary

The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing our presence on Amazon US and international marketplaces. This position involves executing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and Amazon’s ecosystem.

Reports To: Senior Director, Marketplace Operations

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Content: Work with our Amazon team to oversee content and product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon US and international marketplaces. Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility.

Inventory Replenishment: Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels. Manage stock availability and coordinate with fulfillment centers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay informed about Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Ensure all activities comply with Amazon’s standards and address any issues or violations promptly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative teams, and customer service teams to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon Seller Central. Agency experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms, such as Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.

Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new tools and techniques.
