Advisor, Reporting Metrics
This position is responsible for building organizational capability and driving execution of projects within the Client Reporting team. Specifically, this role will oversee the design, build, and distribution of key metrics related to eviCore Analytics and Reporting. The Advisor will gather information from multiple sources and multiple teams, often in different formats, consolidate and summarize, then present metrics that provide insights into the operation of various teams across eviCore Analytics and Reporting, including delivery of reports, due dates, volumes, requests, backlogs, SLAs, missed delivery, and anything else identified as relevant to the operation of the team. The Advisor is expected to develop automated processes for building and delivering metrics, presented to leadership through dashboards and push notifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, data science, Information Systems, or related scientific/technical field
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, data warehousing and business intelligence
- Experience implementing self-service reporting and data visualization solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of eviCore’s business, customer base, programs, and value propositions
- Demonstrated high degree of business acumen, contributing to efforts to grow the organization and increase revenue
- Demonstrated ability to develop relevant metrics and use metrics as a basis for communication and continuous improvement
- Experience with BI/Reporting or Analytics platform such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAS, SQL, SSIS, or other comparable tools
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,500 – 150,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
