Access Recruiting and Engagement Specialist

About the Job
The Access Recruiting and Engagement Specialist role will support the recruitment and engagement of graduate school applicants (Access prospects) and school partners. You’ll support the Access program which provides free and near-free resources, discounts, and school exposure to underrepresented groups and women applicants graduate school applicants. In this role your primary focus will be to recruit and engage with our Access prospect and Access members; you will also be responsible for engaging with our corporate and school partners and lastly you will work on supporting our marketing and branding efforts.
This is a 100% remote role (i.e., work from anywhere in the U.S.!). You must be authorized to work and live in the U.S.
Location-based salary ranges:
Tier 1:$33.50-$35.00
- SF Bay Area Metro Area
- NY Tri-State Metro Area
- Seattle-Tacoma Metro Area
Tier 2: $30.00-$31.50
- All other cities in the US
In this position, you will
- Reach out to Access prospects
- Responsible for outreach and engagement with an expected result of at least 1K new Access members annually
- Email outreach: Draft, edit and execute email outreach to Access prospects in Hubspot; report on outreach progress and suggest improvements
- Social media: Weekly posting through Access social media channels
- Maintain Access website with latest events, messaging and branding
- Optimize outreach strategies to drive conversion of Access prospects to Access members
- Engage with Access members
- Lead engagement, Q&A and outreach with current Access members
- Take ownership of problem solving any issues that arise; elevate relevant issues to the rest of the team
- Support the engagement of the Access, Access Plus and Access Fellows curriculum
- Coordinate and promote calendar events for Access members
- Assist with data analysis on feedback, maintaining databases, and sharing reports
- Manage events to support outreach and engagement
- Coordinate ~50 events per year with partners including Master Classes, Kick-off meetings, corporate partner, and recorded webinars.

- A detailed project manager and savvy prioritizer
- You pay close attention to detail yet have a firm grasp of the big picture
