Schedule
- Full-time position (remote or in-office options available)
- Monday to Friday with flexible arrangements

Responsibilities
- Create custom WordPress themes from scratch (not templates)
- Ensure high performance, security, and availability across client websites
- Manage all technical aspects of WordPress CMS
- Translate responsive design files (PSD) into fully functional themes and plugins
- Maintain and update existing client websites with enhancements and fixes
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver client goals
Requirements
- Strong understanding of WordPress and modern industry trends
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery)
- Experience with responsive web design and UI/UX implementation
- Familiarity with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient in PHP back-end development
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with GIT version control
- Understanding of web hosting and basic server administration
