What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize back-end solutions for SIS and Contact Management platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality and performance
- Write, maintain, and document clean, efficient code
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure system reliability
- Develop and maintain programs using WebSmart and other IBMi-based tools
- Support upgrades, new features, and ongoing system improvements
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with IBMi platform and WebSmart development tools (required)
- PHP programming and DB2 SQL expertise (required)
- Familiarity with RPG programming (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
