  • Remote, U.S. or Canada only

  • Must be available during core Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Salary range: $58,000 – $77,225 annually (commensurate with experience and location)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple WordPress projects, from full builds to ongoing support
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service
  • Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and transitions between build and support phases
  • Maintain organized backlogs and prioritize tasks for cross-functional teams
  • Review deliverables for quality before client handoff
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and hours while keeping clients and leadership updated
  • Resolve blockers, expedite urgent requests, and flag risks early
  • Use tools like Teamwork, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom to stay organized and transparent
  • Foster client relationships that encourage renewals and upsell opportunities

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital agency setting
  • Strong background managing WordPress projects
  • Familiarity with agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation
  • Knowledge of website performance, configuration, and development fundamentals
  • Superior time management, resourcing, and prioritization skills
  • Proactive communicator with empathy, confidence, and clarity
  • Ability to manage scope, budgets, and timelines without compromising quality or team morale
  • Experience managing distributed project teams in a remote-first environment
