Compensation
- $68K – $85K salary range
- Bonus eligibility
What You’ll Do
- Optimize website and blog performance to increase organic traffic and conversion
- Manage site requests and collaborate with development, content, and brand teams
- Analyze user behavior with tools like GA4 and Hotjar, running A/B tests to reduce friction
- Manage backend attribution using Google Tag Manager
- Support SEO efforts and organic growth strategies
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of website or growth marketing experience (startup experience a plus)
- Strong background in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mode)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web attribution (Google Tag Manager)
- Excellent collaboration, strategic thinking, and project management skills
