Full-time, remote (U.S.-based team).
What You’ll Do
- Design and build responsive websites directly in Webflow (layout, type, spacing, hierarchy, interactions)
- Create reusable components, CMS collections, and scalable page structures
- Build clean animations/interactions using native Webflow tools
- Maintain consistent class naming and structure using best practices
- Build to WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards (contrast, keyboard nav, focus states, semantic structure, ARIA)
- Identify accessibility risks early and recommend fixes proactively
- Apply UX and CRO best practices to guide users toward key actions
- Collaborate with PMs, SEO specialists, clients, partners, and sales to deliver on time
- Participate in QA and address feedback efficiently
- Handle post-launch design updates and improvements
- Help estimate scope, effort, and timelines for Webflow requests
- Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and training resources as needed
What You Need
- 2–4+ years hands-on Webflow experience
- Strong design eye for layout and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience designing directly in Webflow (not just building from static mocks)
- Strong understanding of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
- Familiarity with UX patterns and lead-focused design
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing agency environment
