Responsibilities
- Define project scope aligned with client budgets, business needs, and technical goals.
- Prepare for and lead all client meetings and calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
- Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverable ownership for all projects.
- Gather and manage client content to prevent delays.
- Ensure project work is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.
- Guide creative teams to accurately represent client vision in design deliverables.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and scopes across the creative department.
- Take full ownership of account activities as the single point of contact for clients.
- Lead QA testing to confirm project quality exceeds client standards.
- Create technical documentation including requirements, specifications, and schedules.
- Motivate teams and improve internal processes to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in web design and development.
- Prior experience in digital agencies or consulting firms.
- Proficiency with WordPress and PM tools such as Jira.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience managing remote teams with at least 1 year of fully remote PM experience.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and technical writing skills for documentation.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to advocate effectively while remaining open to feedback.
