What You’ll Do
- Manage complex custom web design projects from discovery through launch
- Lead client meetings with confidence, energy, and clear communication
- Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets while keeping teams on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and creative teams
- Oversee QA testing and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations
What You Need
- 5+ years of project management experience in web design and development
- Proven leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency in WordPress and PM tools like Jira
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting firm
- 1+ year of fully remote project management experience
