Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (100% work-from-home)
- Collaborative production and project management team
What You’ll Do
- Manage and track web maintenance projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and progress across teams and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- Uphold project management best practices, workflows, and documentation standards
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Partner with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
What You Need
- 2+ years of project management experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a digital agency environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of project management workflows, processes, and terminology
- Ability to create and manage detailed project plans
- Comfort thriving under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders
