What You’ll Do
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to support project planning and execution
- Build and nurture relationships with internal project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure client needs are met throughout evolving projects
- Track schedules, milestones, and budgets while reporting on project progress
- Drive tasks to completion while maintaining documentation and processes
- Assist senior project managers with planning, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Participate in meetings, record minutes, and ensure action items are completed
What You Need
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Minimum 1 year in a digital agency environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with project management workflows, processes, and terminology
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to create and manage project plans
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
