- Salary range: $112,802 – $167,894
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement intuitive, scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS
- Build seamless onboarding flows, acquisition loops, and conversion-optimized experiences
- Drive A/B testing, optimize load times, and ensure high-quality, tested code
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with designers, product managers, and QA
- Deploy continuously to cloud-based infrastructure
What You Need
- Professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, and Express
- Experience with A/B testing tools (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of UX best practices, system design patterns, and web performance optimization
Gold Stars (Nice to Have)
- Consumer-facing application experience
- Test Driven Development (TDD) experience
- AWS or cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
