Schedule
- Part-time, remote role (Anywhere)
- 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible workload, with opportunities for growth into reviewer or mentor roles
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret customer briefs to design websites for small and medium-sized businesses
- Use B12’s Design Suite to create initial websites in ~4 hours based on AI-generated drafts, content, and customer preferences
- Complete enhancement requests for existing customer sites, ranging from small changes to advanced customizations
- Work with the customer success team and other designers to deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive designs
- Provide input on the design of B12’s Design Suite and Orchestra workflow tool
What You Need
- 3–5 years of web design experience
- 1–2 years of HTML/CSS experience
- Strong written English skills
- Ability to transform unstructured content into polished, responsive designs
- Comfortable receiving and giving design feedback
- Experience with both desktop and mobile web design
- Willingness to learn B12’s Design Suite and contribute to its improvement
