- Hybrid expectation for those within 45 miles of Draper, UT, or Westlake/Dallas, TX (Tues–Thurs in office; Mon/Fri remote)

What You’ll Do
- Translate marketing objectives into user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups balancing UX best practices with creative direction
- Collaborate with writers, developers, and marketers to build cohesive, conversion-optimized campaigns
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to inform and iterate designs
- Advocate for brand consistency while pushing creative innovation
- Apply responsive and accessible design standards across deliverables
What You Need
- 5+ years of UX/web design experience (3+ with advanced degree)
- Proven ability to balance marketing strategy with user-centered design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience applying data-driven insights to design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
