Responsibilities
- Lead research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to guide design direction.
- Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, analytics reviews, and user research.
- Plan and implement seamless user experiences for multiple key audiences.
- Translate complex human motivations into functional and visually compelling digital products.
- Develop research-driven recommendations and digital strategies aligned with client goals.
- Guide clients and internal teams to ensure strategic cohesion across projects.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to align business goals and user needs.
- Build user journey maps, navigation designs, wireframes, and sitemaps to support end-to-end experiences.
- Develop content strategies (taxonomy, editorial calendars, brand voice guides, etc.) for clients.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to refine project direction.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client businesses and competitors’ online presence.
- Provide ongoing strategic and tactical advice to support digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of combined experience in brand, UX, and digital strategy.
- Strong understanding of brand architecture and ability to generate original concepts based on research and consumer insights.
- Experience leading UX processes for websites, campaigns, and large-scale brands.
- Proficiency in conducting contextual inquiry research (stakeholder/user interviews, focus groups, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of web usability, design best practices, and emerging digital trends.
- Skilled at facilitating workshops with senior clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills with the ability to distill complex research into actionable strategies.
- Curiosity, humility, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences.
