What You’ll Do
- Lead research into industry trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform strategy and client recommendations
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, strategy workshops, and discovery phases to align on goals and direction
- Translate human behavior and motivations into user-centered digital strategies and products
- Develop deliverables such as content strategies, site architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and roadmaps
- Present findings and recommendations to senior clients and internal teams in a compelling way
- Partner with account and creative teams to ensure strategic cohesion across tactics and campaigns
- Maintain deep client knowledge, providing ongoing strategic and tactical guidance on digital marketing initiatives
What You Need
- 4–8 years of experience across brand strategy, UX, and digital marketing
- Strong background in brand architecture, design processes, and workshop facilitation
- Solid understanding of UX best practices, usability, and digital trends
- Proven experience leading projects for large-scale brands and campaigns
- Ability to create professional, client-facing strategy documents and presentations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence leading senior-level clients
