- Remote with potential travel to client sites
- Collaboration with cloud consultancy partners and healthcare stakeholders
What You’ll Do
- Design user-friendly interfaces for MVP features, including dashboards, admissions workflows, eMAR, charting templates, and compliance dashboards
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Conduct user research and usability testing with clinical and administrative staff
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into elegant, simple UI patterns
- Collaborate with developers (React/Angular) to ensure design fidelity
- Contribute to roadmap features such as conversational AI, family portals, and predictive dashboards
What You Need
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (healthcare or enterprise SaaS preferred)
- Proficiency in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience designing for data-heavy applications and complex workflows
- Strong background in Agile development and cross-functional collaboration
- Bonus: experience with conversational UI, AI/ML interfaces, or HIPAA-compliant design principles
