- Minneapolis and Washington, D.C. hires must work on-site at least 4 days per week

What You’ll Do
- Execute UX design for digital products supporting healthcare providers
- Shape product information architecture based on clear user mental models
- Build user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and interaction concepts for testing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual mockups for leadership and development review
- Collaborate with research teams to design and field studies, then translate findings into product improvements
- Present designs and user insights to stakeholders, connecting design decisions to business and user goals
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and business teams
- Apply analytics, VoC insights, and market feedback to inform design choices
- Explore new digital healthcare opportunities and advocate for user-driven solutions
- Contribute to continuous learning, team collaboration, and a supportive UX culture
- Deliver design work from concept to final developer hand-off
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in research, information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, and visual design
- 2+ years using major design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Axure
- 1+ years working on cross-functional teams
- 1+ years presenting to stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
Preferred Qualifications
- UX-related certification or education (Design, HCI, IT)
- Experience in healthcare environments
- Ability to work within large, matrixed organizations
- Experience with graphic/web design, UX research, product analytics, VoC data, Agile workflows, product teams, and accessibility guidelines
