What You’ll Do
- Serve as UX Architect and Solution Lead, driving enterprise UX strategy and research within Agile teams
- Align and guide UX efforts across multiple teams and environments to deliver cohesive, accessible solutions
- Design and guide user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models across digital channels
- Mentor UX designers on UX processes and help elevate craft and consistency
- Lead enterprise UX initiatives, translating business goals and constraints (ADA, compliance, legal) into effective experiences
- Advocate for user-centered design, championing innovation and forward momentum across initiatives
What You Need
- 5+ years of hands-on UX design, UX research, or interaction design experience
- A strong portfolio showing your thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving process (include a portfolio link on your resume)
- Experience running usability testing and using insights and analytics to inform design decisions
- Proficiency with modern design tools and responsive, accessible design best practices
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with curiosity and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ability to work remotely in the US or Puerto Rico with reliable high-speed internet
- Must be authorized to work without current or future sponsorship
