Schedule

  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
  • Occasional extended hours based on project needs

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end UX research studies across digital and print experiences (portals, websites, kits, reports, and tools)
  • Present research findings as compelling, actionable stories for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Use a broad toolkit of methods including usability testing, surveys, interviews, card sorts, and contextual inquiries
  • Synthesize findings with analytics, market research, and SEO insights for a complete user view
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and business teams to align research with goals
  • Recruit and manage research panels, engaging patients, providers, and advisory board members
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new research based on product roadmaps

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of UX research experience, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Experience with research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics)
  • Strong ability to evaluate prototypes for usability
  • Proven success managing research independently from planning to delivery
  • Excellent storytelling skills with data, research, and visuals
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, design, and commercial teams
