Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Web Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. You’ll lead design from concept to final layout, bringing elegant solutions to complex problems and partnering closely with developers to ship digital experiences that look incredible and perform flawlessly.
If you love crafting pixel-perfect interfaces, obsessing over user flows, and pushing visual storytelling forward, this is your arena.
Responsibilities
- Own the full web design process from concept to final comps
- Translate research, insights, and brand strategy into intuitive interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts for desktop and mobile
- Design modern, visually compelling UI with strong attention to detail
- Communicate design thinking to internal teams and clients
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and usability considerations
- Ensure designs align with brand systems and web best practices
- Collaborate with devs to ensure smooth handoff and execution
- Contribute to pitch decks and new business creative concepts
- Maintain clean, organized design files in Figma
- Lead and influence design quality across projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional website/UI design experience
- Strong Figma expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end web design and interaction thinking
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles
- Strong visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills
- Ability to explain design rationale clearly and confidently
- Collaborative, proactive communicator
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (helpful for dev handoff)
Nice to Have
- Motion/interaction design experience
- Adobe Creative Suite / XD / Sketch skills
