What You’ll Do
- Lead the design process from concept to final layout for desktop and mobile
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes
- Apply modern design trends to build compelling digital brand narratives
- Translate research and insights into disruptive website features and workflows
- Communicate design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with strategy, development, and business teams to deliver top-tier client work
- Champion user-centered design practices across projects
- Iterate on feedback to deliver polished, pixel-perfect results
What You Need
- 5+ years of website design experience
- Proficiency with Figma (Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch a plus)
- Strong portfolio of elegant, innovative web design projects
- Experience with prototyping and motion design (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
