What You’ll Do
- Lead the entire design process—concept creation, wireframing, storyboarding, and final layout design for web and mobile
- Translate research and insights into user-focused workflows, features, and interactions
- Apply modern design trends and branding styles to deliver compelling narratives and digital products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-build execution
- Communicate design strategy and thought process clearly to internal teams and clients
- Drive design quality and innovation across projects for clients of all sizes (SMB to Enterprise)
- Evangelize user-centered design practices and contribute to new business opportunities
- Iterate designs based on feedback to deliver polished, high-quality end products
What You Need
- 5+ years of website design experience
- Proficiency with Figma (Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing elegant web design projects
- Motion design and prototyping experience preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous file management
